Welcome to Exam Success. By accessing our website, purchasing a package, booking a session, or participating in our training programmes, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About Exam Success

Exam Success provides online preparation courses and training sessions for Goethe and TELC B1 and B2 examinations.

Our services are designed to support learners in developing the language skills, exam techniques, and confidence required for successful examination preparation.

Exam Success is an independent educational provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Goethe-Institut, TELC, or any official examination provider.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older.

Participants under the age of 18 may only participate with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Training Packages

Access to training sessions is normally provided through prepaid training packages.

Package descriptions, prices, and included session credits are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

Exam Success reserves the right to modify package offerings and pricing for future purchases. Such changes do not affect packages already purchased.

4. Session Credits

Session credits are used to reserve places in training sessions.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, session credits remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Unused credits automatically expire after the validity period.

Expired credits cannot be refunded, exchanged, transferred, extended, or converted into cash.

5. Individual Sessions

Individual sessions may be offered upon request and are subject to availability and separate pricing.

Exam Success reserves the right to accept or decline requests for individual sessions.

6. Booking Sessions

Participants may book available sessions through the online booking system.

Bookings are subject to session availability, participant limits, and scheduling capacity.

A booking request reserves a place in the selected session pending confirmation.

6A. Booking Conditions

• Session places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• A booking is considered provisional until the session has been confirmed.
• Session times are displayed in the participant’s local time zone where available.
• Participants are responsible for verifying the date, time, and details of booked sessions.
• Exam Success reserves the right to limit participation where necessary to ensure fair access to training sessions.
• Participants may only book sessions using valid and available session credits.
• Bookings may not be transferred to another person.

7. Session Confirmation

Some sessions require a minimum number of participants before they can take place.

A session becomes confirmed once the required minimum number of participants has been reached.

Participants will be notified when a session has been confirmed.

8. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Payment methods may be verified during the booking process.

Charges are processed according to the booking and session confirmation workflow used on the platform.

If a session is not confirmed because the minimum participant requirement has not been met, no payment will be collected for that session.

9. Participant Cancellations

Bookings may be cancelled freely until a session has been confirmed.

Once a session has been confirmed:

• The booking becomes final.
• The participant’s place is reserved.
• The corresponding session credit is allocated to that booking.
• Confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled.
• Confirmed bookings cannot be refunded.
• Confirmed bookings cannot be credited back.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are available before making a booking.

10. Non-Attendance

If a participant does not attend a confirmed session for any reason:

• The session credit is considered used.
• No refund will be issued.
• No replacement session will be provided.

This policy applies regardless of the reason for non-attendance.

11. Waiting Lists

If a session reaches maximum capacity, participants may join a waiting list.

Places will be offered if they become available.

Placement from a waiting list cannot be guaranteed.

12. Session Changes or Cancellations by Exam Success

Exam Success reserves the right to:

• Reschedule sessions
• Change instructors
• Modify session topics
• Cancel sessions

where reasonably necessary.

If a confirmed session is cancelled by Exam Success and no suitable alternative session can be attended by the participant, the participant may choose either:

• Restoration of the corresponding session credit; or
• A refund of the amount attributable to the cancelled session.

13. Learning Materials

Participation in our courses does not require the purchase of textbooks.

Exam Success may recommend textbooks, learning resources, websites, practice materials, and other study aids to support independent learning.

Any optional purchases remain the responsibility of the participant.

14. Technical Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring access to:

• A stable internet connection
• A computer, tablet, or smartphone
• A functioning microphone
• A suitable learning environment

Exam Success is not responsible for technical difficulties caused by participant equipment, internet service providers, software issues, or local network conditions.

15. Online Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow learners.

Exam Success reserves the right to remove a participant from a session or suspend access to services in cases of:

• Disruptive behaviour
• Harassment
• Offensive conduct
• Inappropriate language
• Repeated violations of session rules

No refund will be provided in such cases.

16. Session Recordings

Sessions are generally not recorded in order to protect participant privacy and encourage active participation.

Participants may not record, distribute, publish, share, or commercially exploit any session content without prior written permission from Exam Success.

17. Intellectual Property

All training materials, exercises, worksheets, presentations, lesson content, and other educational resources remain the intellectual property of Exam Success or their respective owners.

Materials are provided exclusively for personal educational use.

Participants may not:

• Resell materials
• Redistribute materials
• Publish materials
• Upload materials to public platforms
• Commercially exploit materials

without prior written permission.

18. Participation Certificates and Learning Records

Upon request, Exam Success may issue a participation certificate or learning record to learners who have successfully completed at least 48 teaching units with regular participation.

The document may include:

• Number of teaching units completed
• Topics and skills covered
• Participation period
• Brief performance assessment
• Individual learning recommendations from the Exam Success teaching team

Please note that this document confirms participation and learning progress only. It is not an examination certificate and does not confirm successful completion of a Goethe or TELC examination.

Exam Success reserves the right to refuse issuance where participation requirements have not been met or attendance records are incomplete.

19. Examination Results

Exam Success provides educational services designed to support examination preparation.

Exam Success does not guarantee:

• Examination success
• Passing scores
• Certification outcomes
• University admission
• Employment opportunities
• Immigration outcomes
• Visa approvals
• Permanent residency approvals

Individual results depend on many factors, including attendance, prior knowledge, personal effort, independent study, and examination performance.

20. Package Sharing

Packages, bookings, and session credits are personal and may not be:

• Shared
• Sold
• Transferred
• Assigned

to another person.

Exam Success reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is suspected.

21. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Information is used solely for the administration and delivery of our educational services and will not be sold to third parties.

22. Changes to These Terms

Exam Success reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version published on the website at the time of booking shall apply to the relevant purchase unless otherwise required by applicable law.
